Hello Rick, I do love and appreciate your travel Guide shows. I get to learn so much and get inspired. I just wanted to ask you to please consider doing a video on Ethiopia. There is so much to see and learn from. Plus its a way to promote to Ethiopia to the world.

Love the Netherlands. Ive been 4 times and can't wait to go back. I've been as far north as Groningen, and as far south as Limburg, Usually stay with friends in De Kwakel.

We deal with Dutch people on daily basis, one of the best, smart & hardworking people, make more sense after watching this video. Beautiful presentation from host!

During the 1980's and 1990's, while first in the university and later working as an executive, I've traveled several times between Athens and the Arctic Circle, in Norway, and all that lies between the two; I believe that includes Netherlands as well. Amsterdam is the only real city in Netherlands.Den Haag, Utrecht, Madurodam and the others were too dull for me. Rick Steve is one of the very few Americans who pay as much attention to detail as Englishmen and whose observations are neither superficial nor sketchy.

    Scheveningen… another typo.
Love this show although most is about Holland and not the rest of the Netherlands, except Schokland. Hard what to tell and not to tell in a reasonable amount of time. Basically you can tell week s of background info. But that is perhaps more something for a book;)

Dutch kings are traditionally burried in the church in Delft. But why Delft and not eating cheese in Gouda? The Delft earthenware is actually a copy of old china from… right China.
